Pet of the Week: Amiable Arthur

March 4, 2026: Meet Arthur.
Arthur is a cute long-haired tuxedo cat with striking green eyes and a quiet, observant demeanor.
Before being rescued, Arthur was a stray in a Brooklyn backyard and is now adjusting to the comfort and safety of indoor life.
Arthur is about 4 years old and is calm and relaxed. He is independent but enjoys being near people, especially those who respect his space and let him build trust at his own pace.
Arthur also has a curious side and likes gazing out the window, exploring new corners, and playing with some of his favorite feather or catnip toys. He’s not especially cuddly, but he’s content to share a peaceful home where he can relax and feel secure.
Arthur would do best in a quiet household with a patient and loving family that will give him the time he needs to feel comfortable and bond with his new family.
He could also benefit from living with another friendly, confident cat to help him continue adjusting to indoor life.
Arthur is healthy, strong, and ready for a stable home where he can settle in for good.
